- Apply little water on edges. Fold the edges and press it. Mark with fork. Like wise make all the puffs..
- Heat oil in a wok. Add 2 puffs at a time and fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Flip again and fry for 30 seconds..
- Remove in a plate. Like wise fry all the puffs..
- Serve hot with mint chutney..
