- They get hard when cool.So cover them as soon as they get cold..
- You can fry til little bit before adding or can be added raw.Fry them very carefully on slow heat..
- Grind elaichis with almonds for making pdr..
- Don't add too much jaggery, tikki may break while frying..
- Knead dough very well..
