  1. Take a pan add water boil it well add tomato boil it for 5min. And after boiled cool it down & remove skin from tomato and chop it in fine pieces..
  2. Take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger garlic paste onion, boiled & chopped tomatoes fry it well & boil it well..
  3. After boiling it add turmeric powder salt, Cumin coriander powder, jaggery, red chilli powder, coriander leaves mix it well fry nicely..
